Effect of different stress on plants (especially , salinity drought and Heavy metal) , Extraction and purification of different fractions from medicinal plants , in whole plant and tissue culture (e.g. Taxol, Anthraquinones , Essential oil, etc.)Study of germination and dormancy in different seeds and cell and tissue culture .
